What happens if a piece isn't right.
- The window
Unworn pieces in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return postage arrangements and any restocking terms are to be confirmed.
- Faults
If something arrives faulty, contact us with your order number and photographs and it will be sorted. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- Exchanges
Size exchanges depend on remaining stock. Drops are produced in limited numbers, so an exchange cannot always be guaranteed.
