The terms that apply to using this site and buying from it.
- Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the order is dispatched. Pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch, with a refund offered if you would rather not proceed.
- Content
Photography, film, copy and artwork on this site belong to SAVED. unless credited otherwise. Vehicle names are used descriptively and imply no association with any manufacturer.
- Who you are buying from
SAVED. is a business name of Daniel Yang (ABN 54 558 201 669).
SAVED. is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged and no order document is issued as a tax invoice.
- Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those guarantees apply on top of anything written here and cannot be signed away.
- Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Full terms are to be reviewed and published before launch.
